Due to a busier schedule lately, LotM is going on hiatus for April and possibly May. I am hoping to find someone to help me with this and make this feature a better one when we're ready to start it again.

Sanshi-Suimei Building Phase Started

We have finally managed to finish all the families and households for the Japanese neighborhood project, Sanshi-Suimei. All the families look great, thanks to the fantastic work of all the creative sim-makers of this community. Take a look at the finished families HERE and make sure to give the fantastic creators recommendations.

Now we can start the building phase full on. Sign up for your lot HERE, make sure to build the house for the given family (although there are no budget limitations). If you have previously signed up for a lot but don't want to participate make sure to remove your name from the list so others can pick them.

Sanshi-Suimei Custom World

KitKat is working on a world specially made for this project that will hold all our fantastic Japanese sims and builds!

It hasn't been officially announced yet, but it has been leaked that the next expansion pack is called "The Sims 3 Ambitions," an expansion pack focused on careers and hobbies.

While it all sounds great, we desperately hope this expansion will come with less issues than WA did and would absolutely love it is they paid more attention to all the TS3 website/exchange issues! Feel free to discuss what you think HERE.
