What is a rabbit-hole lot?

Another question. (this one is one that i may have put too much thought into, and i've probablypsyched myself out at this point) its says that they have already bought the lot. So does that mean the lot cost is not included in the 20k? (like if the lot is say 8k, then the final build price should be less then 28k?)

Final cost should be 20K total with lot cost. good question. This lot is cheap, so won't be too much of a hit.

Is it a bad thing if you want to build lots more then get married?  Ok, not really true...I want to build lots more then I want to plan the wedding...sigh...planing sucks

You should just do what all men do when they want to get out of something, just pretend too be too dumb to understand how to do it.

Insist that you want dandelion bouquets,  that the color scheme should be orange and brown, you want Mickey Mouse to preside over the ceremony, and that you've always really wanted to get married in an empty whale aquarium.

I bet she'll takeover.

making mental note to keep incase that wedding thing ever happens to me.

OMG husband did that. He wanted a top hat and tails, to walk down the isle with a cane, and in a white tux. He suggested daisies when we were picking out flowers (for a winter wedding) and i had it. He made no decisions past that and his only job was to show up sober. (which... he nearly screwed up, till i rescheduled his bachlor party for the night before the night before the wedding.)
