Builders' Boulevard

Many of you have already seen the thread I posted here:  http://forum.thesims3.com/jforum/posts/list/77160.page, but I thought I would post it here too so I don't have to worry about that other thread getting buried.

Here is my neighborhood entry!

First things first, I created the Doublemint Twins.

Jerry and Joel

They are 2 different sets of twins, unrelated.Romance may already be in the air! Please note that this is an artistcommune! All 4 of them have artistic inclinations and LTWs!

This is the lot I created for them. Please note that this lot wasbuilt and meant to go on 180 Wright Way in the Summer of Love neighborhood.

i must know how you did the pool with the walls flush against the pool sides. i tried this with a lot i started and ditched it because i couldnt figure it out.

Yeah, I hate that it won't go flush against walls too!  So to kind of get around that, what you see around the pool are foundations that I painted over.  You can put pool tiles flush against foundations!  Then walls on the foundation.
