Okay, I am really wanting to get into machinima, I have some good ideas, but I completely forgot everything about camera movement in TS3. All I remember is.....you can enter video mode or whatever by pressing tab. Help?

That's about my knowledge of camera movements I'm afraid >_<  I was attempting to play around with angles the other day...but I got frustrated when I couldn't figure anything out.  I can tell you this...auto follow (right clicking the sims portrait) then tabing to hide the UI doesn't work >_< You lose follow as soon as the UI is hidden.

Hey-Hey, Heyhey. (Stupid joke...)

OK so I'll give you some info.

Pressing tab will enter you into a cool mode where you can look up, down, left and right really easy - just scroll the edges, it's great for filming because things don't usually fade away as you get close. In this mode, you can steer around the world using the arrow keys and zoom in using 'Z' and 'X'.

If a sim is in action, walking, riding, jogging, etc... clicking on their thumbnail (obviously not their actual thumbnail) will have the camera follow them.

Something else you should know - hitting CTRL and any number from five to nine at the same time will have the game remember that position. If I saved one at the beach and went home, then pressed the corresponding number, the camera zooms all the way back to the beach. You can save one under each number from 5-9. Just make sure you are in the same mode when you want to zoom.

fadeobjects on/off will stop objects fading as they get close to the camera, if you didn't already know.

Hope you got all that.

Awesome

Thanks-*thinks up nickname for Mmyoko*-Mmy. Has that one already been used? Maybe I should just call you Guy. Not much of a nickname, is it?

I dub you.......Mmyoko,  for whom I can't make a nickname. MFWICMAN. That is your new nickname.

Maybe I should just call you Wicman. Or Wic. There. I now oficially have a new nickname for you.

To think.....I just went from calling you Mmy to Wic in under five minutes. Hope that doesn't confuse you....
