A 'Before and After' exercise on my third lot..... (available on EA and TSR as 'Westwood Reach')

Are the first few lots we ever make our best? Or our worst? Westwood Reach was my third lot (pre-custom content), and while I enjoyed creating it originally, I was never quite satisfied with the overall design execution. So, after a day and a half of renovation, additions, re-designing the exterior and re-orienting the lot, I am offering it up empty before I start on the interior design and landscaping. Enjoy!

Thanks!

Paul

Really love the changes you've made here. Great brick combo looks true to life, too. The use of multiple fireplaces adds to the charm as well.

Is that a two-story window you found, or is it two stacked on top of one another and then another above? Are those from the store? Very cool.

Really nice work.

Thank you, the windows are new single storey, floor to ceiling meshes available on TSR.  Very similar ones are also available on modthesims.com.  Both sites feature the floor-mount palladium window, which is perfect top window for a vaulted ceiling.
