Qube Design is please to offer you a faithful reproduction of Frank Lloyd Wright's Kaufmann resdience, Falling Water. I worked from the 'as built' plans, and took it as far as I could within the confines of 180 Wright Way, a 40 x 30 lot. Minor plan changes were made to the second floor to accommodate the narrow lot, but I was still able to deliver the two bedrooms, two baths, master dressing room and hallway (including 2nd floor entrance) as built in 1935.

This home has been specifically designed for 180 Wright Way. Minor changes may need to be made to the waterfall feature. This classic residence is fairly faithful to the original design, with a large flagstone living room, dining alcove, kitchen with with adjoining play room on the main floor and the many decks that make this home so utterly famous. The second floor features a large master bedroom with adjoining dressing room and bath, a second bedroom and bath, and the original second floor entrance as built in the original house. The third floor rounds out with a large study, third bedroom and bath. There are stairs from the living room down to the plunge pool and waterfall as originally built.

Qube Design is offering this home prior to decoration and landscaping so that your Sims can put their personal stamp on this masterpiece. Custom content includes Mediterraneo fencing for the balcony railings and Beams Nova for the trellis from Sims Lu Lamai, and set Agapimu for the stair railing. The windows and doors are from the Crusade collection by Cyclonesue at TSR.

Wow!  I love that house.  I was going to attempt to make it, you did an incredible job.  Have you ever been there?  Pictures cannot entirely express how amazing that place is.  One of the coolest structures ever.

I know the Spanish website can be difficult to navigate through, I hope this helps.

Thanks!

Qube Design, this is beautiful. I only see the Falling Water in front elevation. This is the first time i saw the aerial view of it, in SIms 3 style . You must also have the actual tile pattern they used on the wall/column finishings :D

I had these links in my bookmarks for when I was thinking of attempting such a feat.  ;D  So if anyone wants to go look at the original design, there they are.  Check the second link, it had a real neat detailing of it.  Someone made a 360 deg rendering movie of it which looks so awesome.

Bulfrog, you've been there too?  Cool.  I went when I was growing up, my mom took us out there.  I was totally in love with the place.

Yes and I loved it. I remember my sister's boyfriend was with us as well (for some unknown reason). When I saw this I looked up their site... they now have a Lego kit for it too! LOL
