Ok, I've finished my lot, a library for lot #64:

This is a majestic, traditional Japanese building, based on Himeji Castle. Note that "Donjon" means castle orkeep, which is evident by the surrounding wall and rock base.

This library contains a two-storey main reading hall, private research rooms on the 3rd floor, a lounge / kid's playroom, eating area/ kitchenette, and full basement with relics research area, nectar racks (fully stocked and ready to be tasted), and two sleeping rooms.And underneath the outer walkway is a gym and running track!

I've fully tested the lot, and everything works. I've had no complaints from the Sunset Valley community

     A Japanese Luxury House designed for the Sanshi-Suimei Neighborhood. The lot is located on a 40x30 size lot at 130 Redwood Pkwy, Sunset Valley Town. Total furnished cost is 316,539 Simoleons and 171,287 Simoleons if unfurnished.

     The lot features 4 bedrooms, 4 toilets, fitness and Sim-fu training room, function room, home office, gazebo, centralized fishpond, rock garden, fruits and vegetable garden, children's playground, 2-car carport, and basement with nectar making room and hidden treasure rooms.

I think it looks great, of course we will use it, added it to the list of finished lots. I've already dowloaded it and I love the humble and simple style, and the boat is great
