Hello amazing builders.

With a clean reinstall I'm back in the game - so far (keeping fingers crossed - though my swimming pools are still black if anyone has any ideas on that)

I have begun to download and install the favourites that I've accumlated over the last little while but still need more homes. I've been scouring the forums here at at TS3 for more to fill up my town. So if you have any builds or can think of anything great could I'd appreciate being directed. There is just so much out there I'm feeling overwhelmed at it all.

Looking for big and small contemporary/modern lots including anything worldly coming out of WA that has a modern or resort feel to it.

Also looking for non-residential lots to complete it all.

Creating a relatively metropolitan look and feel

The concept is that the town is a high-end resort type town where the rich and famous would come to enjoy time away

Some examples of that I have already are:

Fit for Fight Gym and Cypress Modern by Linday

Arabian Souk by Lightside

Fashion Galleria by ActWrightBec

Villa Del Reo by Teasing Meat

Mirabello Museum by .. oops I need to find that out

Little Grecian and Modern Zen Mansion by LKadas

Thanks in advance for any advice.

Yes Rob, starters will be needed. I've always thought of my town as a resort town. Some people will come to live in small summer homes or for a weekend getaway. And there are alot of smaller lots that need filling.

Mainly I've just lost track of all of the amazing builds I've seen over the past months that I"m trying to go back and find the ones I missed.

Maybe you should take a look at Kayllisti's Discordia conservatory & zoo? A really fun community lot, with a certain twist!

ahh, LInday thank you. I definitely will be looking to chance up town central, just not sure where I'll go with it yet, but the conservatory part might work.

Yes, thanks Peace for those. It's often hard to come by builds to fill in those smaller lots.

Hi Minraed. I just finished a modern lot and currently taking pics. It's a modern house on a 40 x 40 lot size. Wait for it. I will upload it on the first week of January :) You will love it :)

Here's an old picture of my latest lot I took almost two months ago.

I just finihed it yesterday, fully furnished and with landscaping. I will upload it after I take all the pictures. It's for my alien family sims, also good for Human sims :)

I have two residential lots that are 'modern' in design in my 'studio' - 1. "Klepto's Komfort" is a small 1br, 1ba with unfinished attic which leads to a rooftop deck.  2. "Yogi's Garden Home" is an upscale modern 30x30 1br, 1ba with small gameroom, study, grilling patio, stocked pond, driveway/car, and a yard filled with trees-bushes-flowers.

I also have some "Combined Rabbit Holes" lots that you could use to free up the smaller one-building lots- 1. "CHPP -2 4 business 2 4 fun" is  x 48 x 55; has city hall & hospital plus 2 pools, restrooms and picnic area - 2. "Fun-Legal-Healing" is 64 x 64, has city hall, hospital, pool and sim henge - 3. The Rabbit's Wholley Thyme" is 60 x 60 and has bookstore, grocery, bistro, theatre, diner, & spa plus pool and fountain pavillion - and 4. "Three Ls; Legal, Law & Learnin" is 60 x 60 and has city hall, police dept and school with fenced playground

I've also got 2 new 'multi-RH' lots and 4 almost completed (hopefully very soon!) modern homes in my wip world..
