Hi Everyone!

As some of you already know, I've been away from things in the last few days. I won't go into long explanations but I want to thank you all for your support.

I have been working on my latest build though as it's the best therapy for me when I'm feeling down. I created it with Bonanza in mind. This of course will be more familiar to those who are older in America as this was a tv show from 1959 to 1973.  It was about a father and his three sons who lived on a big spread called the Ponderosa. In the covershot of this house I included a photo of the real house. Though I'm sure my house is allot different, I did get the idea from that old tv show my family always watched when it came on every week.

Here's the story that you should look at first:

And the house itself:

I always welcome your most honest comments.

Thanks,

fidlerten

Hey Fidler,

I feel you have really outdone yourself for this one.  Your interior is quite simply fabulous.  I love the colours you have chosen in every room.  You always seem to come up with combinations that I would never think of e.g the panelling in one of the bathrooms.  Very luxurious for an old ranch.  It was a great idea to add the original building with the covershot.  I for one do not remember the show although I know of the name.  I was born when they stopped showing it lol!

Almost said left you stars . If I keep flitting back and forth its bound to happen.  I did leave recs instead.

Take care.

Jasnik :)

Thanks guys,

I appreciate the compliments and recs darkside.

LOL Jasnik on the stars. I for one am glad those stars are gone.

I actually think it was the Maxoids who did the downrating. I might be wrong but I think there is at least one of them who loves to be mean to those she or he doesn't like. That's very immature for someone who suppose to be supportive but it all makes sense to me now that I'm able to look back at it.

Thanks for the compliments and stars... eh, recs.

Amoebius,

I want you to know I also rec'd your house you had on the Exchange a couple of days ago. Your house like mine was stuck back there on page 17 for the longest.

Thanks for the compliment. Also, you have revealed to us that you're no spring chicken being that you remember Hoss and Little Joe. LOL!!!

Your house was a great piece of architect too. I hope it ended up doing well, even though it was buried on the exchange.

You know Amoebius,

I went around for days with that theme music in my head.  There are actual words to it though I don't remember them. I have all the words copied onto the beginning of my story. I didn't take those from memory of course, but from the internet. LOL!!!  dalada, dadala, daLADA!!!, kind of like the galloping of horses.

Amoebius,

I sure do appreciate you sharing that with me. Lorne Green has such a rich singing voice too. That song was wonderful!

I use to love the good natured teasing that Little Joe would do to Hoss and Hoss would get mad and end up chasing him and Little Joe would have a grin from ear to ear.

It's fun to remember back then.

Thanks a million!

I love what you have done here. The exterior likeness is striking! (Yup, Bonanza is still running here... Every saturday! ) I think I already left you a rec, but I'll check to be sure... You deserve one!
