To keep the feel of the eras CC is present in all builds unlessnoted otherwise. All of these starters will be placed on 20x30 lotswith room to grow as the Sims marry and raise families.

The first starter is a cottage with an old world feel. A 1 bathroom home with a bed nook study area stocked pond and apple orchard.

The sixth starter is a Waterfront home. While not techinically an archetectural era I felt the series wouldn't be comeplete without a seaside cottage.

2 bedrooms 2 baths and a stocked pond.

Unfurnished 9.945

Fully Furnished 12.437
