Kaito Nakasawa hadn’t always known what he wanted to do whenhe grew up; it had been more of a journey, piecing together what he loved most. Now that he had found it nothing could stop him from obtaining his dream. Kaitohad grown up in a loving home. His father had a strong work ethic that hepassed down to his children but every Sunday Kaito’s father would take himfishing. Sunday was the only day Kaito would see his father as he was at worksix days a week. During the week Kaito would spend time with his mother helpingher in the kitchen as he was an only child with his father at work so much hequickly became the “little man” of the family. As he helped his mother throughthe years he found he really enjoyed cooking and it felt quite natural to him.It was not long before he took over that chore from her permanently.  As he entered high school Kaito startedexperimenting with is own recipes until each one was perfected. He often soldhis practice meals to his friends and soon started to build a nest egg tofurther his education. Come graduation his parents had little money to offerhim and suggested he take a job as a dish washer at the corner diner, but Kaitohad other ideas. Instead he took his money and entered a culinary school forsix years of study. Working hard everyday he learned recipe after recipe. Whenit was time to graduate he took a position at the local Sushi house and beganto work his way toward the top. But even the most die hard workaholic needs avacation and finally he requested the time off, scrapped together the last ofhis money and headed for a two week stay in France. There he stayed at a rundown hostel at night but combed the French restaurants and cafés foropportunities to learn more about cooking, each time working hard to perfectwhat little the locals were willing to teach him. Then one day he was headinginto a new café to ask for an opportunity to learn more and there she was.

Mizuki had lived in France with her family for twoyears and was still a teenager when Kaito Nakasawa rounded that corner andentered her life. She had been outside sipping nectar with some of her schoolfriends when she spied the most handsome man she had ever seen. Watching himwalk into the café she knew she would need to come up with a reason to still bethere when he came out. Eventually her friends decided to head to the localshops and she made her excuses. Sitting on a nearby fountain she enjoyed theoutdoor aromas and sounds as she waited. The sun had started to set and she hadalmost given up when she saw him exit the café. She could tell he saw herimmediately and watched as he approached. That night they talked for hours. Overthe next week she saw him every night, they went for walks in the gardens, toured the art museums, and had picnic lunches. Then he said he had to leave. For the next few years they corresponded via email and chat rooms with theoccasional phone call from overseas. Finally Mizuki got the news she had longedto hear. One day over the phone Kaito proposed. He finally had enough money tosend her a plane ticket. Mitzuki was overjoyed and accepted right way.

Over the years Kaito worked very hard to raise his stationand buy Mitzuki the house of their dreams. Kaito has a lovely fishing area aswell as a state of the art kitchen and Mitzuki doesn’t even have to leave thehouse to garden all day in the sun. Now years later Kaito and Mitzuki are theproud parents of a daughter Wakana and sonYori. Wakana is a good and friendly child, taking after her mother, who has shown some promise with the musical arts. Yoriis very athletic like his mother but has a tendency to be a bit absent minded. However he is brave and looks after his older sister whom he loves very much.
