Builders' Boulevard

Hi,

I signed up for lot "20 40x30 Mirabello & Main (old diner) Library" but now that I'm about to start building it I grew a bit unsure about the style of this building. Is it thought of being a simple, commoners library or a majestic early 20th century building? I wonder since it is listed under the section "Village".

I've tried to contact SimsplyRuth but she doesn't seem to be around.
