Hey TM1,

You have always been the master of modern architecture as far as I'm concerned.  Your clever use of CFE adds a special touch to this house.

I also love the clean look of the exterior. I will say though that I would have liked to see you spend more time with CAS as far as your area rugs, bed covers, etc.

A rec from me for a fantastic job!

Hello TM1. Three bedrooms only but the house looks so big and spacious. You are a real genius in the CFE technique too. The drive-way with cars looks cool and love how you play with the brick patterns wrapping the exterior walls :) I gave it a recommendation ofcourse.

Wow! Very kool! I especially like how you used textures/patterns. It really adds to the modern minimalist look w/o it feeling stark or empty. I do have a question for you though, some of the plumbing you used looks really neat, is it part of the high end loft stuff EP?

Nice to see you here TM1.  I really like the layout of this lot.  I also admire the way you have mixed up all teh patterns and textures, very clever use of the brick.  Love that last pic :)

Gorgeous house, meathead :D  I love the sleek lines of the exterior and the bathroom with the mix of the cool slate blue and the warm wood....thats inspired.  Very dramatic effect there.  I went in and rec's and while I was on your page, I hit it with a "rec'ing ball"....lol....  There were several I had somehow missed but have now apprciated and rec'd.  Good to see you are still building...seems like you keep getting better and better. :)

I already rec'd this when I found it on the exchange but I don't believe I ever found the showcase thread so never saw the interior pictures :) I still love all the details and hard work that you put into your builds TM (and I wish my brain was made in such a way as to come up with those sorts of ideas LOL). Really nice modern/urban feel to the interiors.
