Wow I forgot that it's Wednesday! Just a heads up Anju me and the other judges were talking and we're getting a little distressed with the increasingly larger amount of entries lately (I know I had 15 last week), Ever since that announcement in February participation has really gone up, so we were wondering now that there are more entrants again if we could go back to more levels, We said that Advanced would stay the way it is (Adv and Int. Adv.) because it's so tiny, So we said we'd see how the numbers are for the McGreggor challenge just to make sure it wasn't a fluke

So if you could PM the 3 of us it would be great

I don't see a need for that based on Week #43.  We should keep things mostly consistent unless there's an absolute need for a change. It confuses a lot of folks otherwise.  Now that the judges are judging based on media, it shouldn't take as long as it did when you guys had to download and install all the lots.  If this is still feeling overwhelming to you though, please let me know, and we'll sub in a backup judge if you need a break. 

Phew yeah week 35 certainly did decrease, for a while it was getting a tad overwhelming, It usually take me anywhere from 20-60 minutes to judge depending on the turn out (to go with the minutes it would probably be about 3-8) And once things start going above that it gets a bit over whelming

RE: Downsized! This is a timely topic and has hit very close to home. Only in my case it was outsourcing. When I read this on Wednesday I had no idea what was going to happen the next day. There was an all staff meeting to announce that several units were being outsourced to another country. That means at least 240 people will be 'downsized' in our office. The scary part is that I missed it by only a few days.  I was transferred to another area effective last Monday.  So far my area is 'safe'.  On the other hand many of my friends and coworkers had just been transferred into those areas and will now lose their jobs. They will  be phased out in waves starting May 1st and continue to be released thru November.  We have been told they will get severance packages and help getting other jobs.  There will also be a new unit created for only 26 positions including one manager (of the 3 that will be let go).  And there will be an opportunity to apply for one of those positions. Needless to say we are all in shock and stil reeling from the news.  This however will serve as my inspiration to create a new home for the Johnsons. 

Oh, I'm so glad you still have your job, I know over the winter my job goes from full time to part time, and even now I still haven't gotten all the way to full time, but I'm thankful I at least have a job. Sending good thoughts and prayers your way!!!

I think that would be very good, We need something between Beginner and Intermediate as it is anyway, there's too big of a gap

Try to tell us as soon as possible once you've made up your minds because it'll take a little while to sort people into the appropriate level and stuff

Oh and call me Rob, Robodl is ucky sounding

We'll work it out!  I want to be on board but I'll need a lot of coaching at first since I know NOTHING about how it works and what will be expected of me.  Let me know ASAP.  I'm very excited to get started for a challenge but not this next one please and thank you.  That would be too soon.
