Ok, normally I'm totally outgowing n such. But I wanted to enter the build and share challenge #45, as a beginner. Only I'm looking at my house and other houses, and theirs is so much better than mine. Lol...maybe I should find one that is a baby beginner challenge...lol. This will be the first lot I will have ever up loaded to the exchange. So my question is this, to upload or not to upload? to join the challenge or not join the challenge? Also, has anyone else felt like this...I guess, inadequate?

I think we all felt like that when we entered our first challenge Balildaisy. :)

But entering challenges, and seeing what wins, and looking at the other entries, is one of the best ways to learn and improve, I think.

So I say join the challenge. :)

I agree.  I was intimidated at first, when I just started doing challenges but the positive support and feedback that I got from doing it really helped me boost my confidence and improve my building skills.

So I say go for it!  And don't worry about being 'inadequate'.  Just do your best and I'm sure your builds will turn out great!

Thank you both too. I do have a question, n maybe someone knows the answer the $40,000 budget, is that total or lot value, or even unfurnished lot value.?

total lot value, I'm not awfully strict with the budget or anything like that though so if you go a few hundred dollars over I usually let it slide (unless it's a starter) Just focus on making the best lot you possibly can and keep the budget within reason
