I started a Real Estate Promotion challenge on Creative Corner (of the official TS3 forums). The purpose of the challenge is for simmers to recommend lots that already exist on the Exchange that meet the week's requirements. I thought that it would be a good way for simmers to highlight the work of others that they admire, and it could also be a great way to bump the recs/downloads of lots that you think deserve highlighting (especially the under appreciated but excellent work of lesser known builders). I'd love it if BB folks could drop by now and then to participate. It doesn't take as long as a BnS challenge since you don't have to build anything -- just create a post that prmotes the work of another builder whose lots fits the hunt criteria.
