So, after about two months working on this modern (which I'm extremely proud of by the way XD), I'm finally back in action! I'm currently preparing another amazing project for you guys, but I can't really tell you about it right now... but anyway. Here's EII, my first (and I hope not the last) eco-friendly creation. Here is a preview of a warehouse-styled loft I'll be transferring to TS3 soon. The picture you see comes from the original apartment building. I promise I'll try to find a way to make it look as authentic as I can in TS3.
