Victorian Apartment Life by SuperPogimon
Victorian Apartment Life by SuperPogimon is specifically designed for the 64 x 11 size lot of 300 Long Island Drive ,Riverview Town. It is a terraced housing of 4 units with a Victorian-Inspired Architecture. The first two units are furnished and the others are unfurnished. The lot has a total furnished cost of 464,611 Simoleons.

The only shame about this lot is that it is 64 wide. If only it were 60 wide it would fit on so many more lots. | |

Yes Robb, I know 64 width is too wide. There is a community lot you can convert to residential, with a lot size of 64 x 25 (I think). If I am not mistaken that's the school or the City hall. You can just use that lot and transfer the school/city hall to another empty lot. They are just rabbit holes so no need to redecorate their landscaping if you transfer them. | |
