Hey guys, this is my first ever upload

Anyway, after checking out Twinbrook I was inspired and built this. Any positive and or negative criticism is welcome.

If you can't see everything there is more shots in the .zip file

30x30 with a price of just under 100'000 Simoleans furnished.

Includes Laundry, Dual Sunrooms, 2 Beds, 2 1/2 baths. Also a big deck out back, wich was kind of an afterthought.

Feel free to add or subtract anything from the house and use in worlds and other things :p, no link needed!
