I'm really excited to be a part of this and so I have just claimed lot 77. However, before I start building, i want know know one thing. I looked at the family that I will be making the house for, and I saw that their budget was $18,000. Does this mean that I have to stick to this budget?

Hi Lewis, welcome to Sanshi-Suimei Neighborhood Project. Thanks for participating. I believe when you upload a household in the TS3 exchange, they will automatically provide a specific allowance for them depending on the number of members in the household. In our project we don't have budget limits. Just read the family description. Know their lifestyle, their status in the neighborhood (are they farmers, are they a royal family, or a typical crazy family?. Also know what style of house is required (if traditional or modern)
