Hi Sid!  Thanks for sharing   There are so many great aspects to this lot.  I love the pool area with the "swim-to" hot tub - ingenious!  Great shape to the pool as well.  Outdoor living areas are just fantastic.  Love the interior color scheme - so lovely and classical.  The only suggestion I would have would be in the roof area.  I dl'd the house to play with, and it was not an easy lot to roof!  Here's what I came up with to make things blend a little better -

Just a suggestion for your future builds - play with rooflines.  The best advice I ever got on roofing was to think about rain falling on the roof and where it might collect - the best roofs will have lines and anges that would make the rain all flow off the roof and to the ground. Not easy to accomplish though...definitely takes a great deal of experimenting.
