Lot of the Month Sign In or Register to add photos
Lot of the Month is a monthly feature award chosen by the Builders' Boulevard community for excellence. By featuring these lots, we are assuring these lots for quality that include playability, great architectural design, well thought-out interiors, and immaculate landscaping.
As a thank you for creating a quality lot for the sims community, Lot of the Month winners will receive a gift from the store worth 100 sim points of their choosing. RalphaelNinja has generously donated the sim points he won at the simposium for this cause!
Rules and details
- You may submit one of your lots or you may nominate a lot you have downloaded and enjoyed playing with.
- The lot has to have been created and uploaded within the same month of nomination.
- By submitting a lot for consideration, you are certifying the playability of the lot. Each lot of the month winner will be thoroughly play-tested before being declared the official winner. If your lot does not pass the playability test, the award will be given to the 2nd place winner.
- You may only submit ONE lot each month for consideration.
- Due to limited file storage, please submit no more than 10 photos for each submission. Winning photos will be moved to a dedicated album, where you can add in more photos if you wish. Old submission albums will gradually be deleted to allow for more storage space.
- The deadline for submissions is the last day of that particular month. A poll will then be created with a voting period of 1 week to determine the winners.
- The winning lot's .sims3pack file will be uploaded to this site and will be offered as an exclusive BB download.
How to submit:
- Entries are to be submitted by adding it to the submissions album of that particular month. Just click on "add photos" and select the appropriate album.
- Please include the builder's name and lot name as the title of each picture you submit.
- Include the download link in the description of the photos. If there's CC and/or store items involved, please make sure to list them in the descriptions too.
- Also in the description, include lot size, main features of the lot (bed/baths), and the furnished cost.
